“BULGOGI“ STYLE GROUND BEEF
• 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1/2c soy sauce
1Tbsp sesame oil
1 3/4Tbsp rice vinegar
1/8c brown sugar
1Tbsp ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, grated
3|4Tbsp gochujang
Preheat saute pan over med high. Add beef, breaking apart into small pieces as it cooks. Add marinade (to make this, stir together: soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vin, brown sugar, ginger garlic, and gochujang). Cook down until marinade becomes syrupy (should take about 60 sec).
PICKLED VEG
MARINATED CUCUMBERS
1Tbsp salt
2Tbsp sugar
2Tbsp vinegar
1/2 cucumber
Stir to combine. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
MARINATED BEAN SPROUTS
2c bean sprouts
1Tbsp salt
2Tbsp sugar
