Party Hack or Summer Trend? Color Changing Cocktails!

Whether it’s the next summer trend or just a party hack, making homemade color changing cocktails is really easy, and today I’ll show you how, using the power of magic and science! For this, I’ll first show you how to infuse pink rose buds, red cabbage and butterfly pea tea into gin & tequila, and we’ll then use these colored spirits in three different cocktails, and while doing so, change the colors of those infusions. I’ll also get some help from a real scientist, Darcy O’Neil from the channel Art of Drink, to explain what will happen when we create a Color Changing Negroni, Gin & Tonic and Tommy’s Margarita.
