How much difference hardware compressors make in a mix?

In this video we listen to how much of a difference 4 hardware compressors made in this mix. It was a 70 tracks mix and we had the FMR RNC compressor on the snare, the ART VLA II on the kick drum, the Drawmer 1978 on the drum bus and the Drawmer 1973 multiband compressor on the 2bus.
