The TE-53KR BL’s gorgeous ash body is paired with a bolt-on vintage caramelized Canadian maple neck and fingerboard. You get two Tesla pickups, an Opus-TE Alnico-5 single-coil and an Opus-4 Alnico-5 humbucker. Flick the pickup selector to the bridge position and experience the glorious twang and bite that form the blueprint of rock n’ roll, or switch over to the neck position for warm and round tones. The neck has a comfortable C-profile with a satin finish on the back, for a smooth playing experience. You’ll also notice the all-chrome hardware nicely offset with the gold-plated bridge, which features six individual saddles for excellent intonation.
