Coronavirus Home Music Improv (InEnsemble, march 2020)

This video reflects on pandemic situation we’re all in because of COVID-19 and its impact on musicmaking. The trouble (besides other evident ones) is that music is usually produced collectively, so the necessity to stay home hurts the musical creative processes quite badly. We tried to find the solution and eventually came to the idea of remote collective performance. Here’s the first fruit of this method. Things that were agreed upon before are the overall length (10 minutes) and somehow restricted way of handling the material. The rest was up to each performer’s own decisions.
