I CUT OFF MY OWN WEDDING RING WITH A DREMEL

What do you do when you have a stuck ring on your finger? I jammed my ring finger and it swelled so badly that I couldn’t get it off. I tried soap and icing my hand with no luck. I was worried it would turn blue and need to be amputated.
