Felt really good with this new style, but my mind started to doubt how well I was doing. Around the 4th min of each hand my mind started playing games and im sure that affected my grip. Cardio could be better. Start running again this week so that will help. Still had a few seconds at the end of each min for another rep hahaha. My hands where clean after the set.
YES!!!! Active rest tomorrow then LC Wednesday 80 reps is the plan.
