What oils to use?
You can use a type of oil which suits your skin condition. If you do not have any particular oil in your mind, how about almond oil, jojoba oil or coconut oil? I use extra virgin coconut oil in the video! Go get your favorite oil right now if you haven’t!
Q: Do you take off oil after?
A : It is up to you! In my case, I hand press a piece of tissue on my face to take off excess oil. Maybe , you can use a steamed towel to take off as well. It depends on the climate and seasons of where you live.
