Dubai Showcases Floating ’Seahorse’ Homes

Dubai is launching the world’s first floating homes project -- three storey villas complete with an underwater room. Homes are called Floating Seahorse Which Offers A View Of The Sea Floor. Prototype is one of 131 homes that are under the design and construction phase. Luxury structures are in effect a boat without propulsion and will be built using composite material, weighing more than 200 tonnes.
