This footage reportedly shows a Ukrainian Soldier using a MANPAD to shoot a Russian cruise missile out of the sky. The Man-portable air defence system, (MANPAD), is fired by the soldier and shoots towards the missile in the distance. Soldiers can be heard cheering as it makes contact with its target in the sky.
