Get Started With Your Mobility:
The Cossack Squat is a great multi-joint exercise to add to your training or warm ups.
Not only does it work your ankle mobility on the bent leg side, it also gives you a great stretch for the adductors on the straight leg side! Even better, it helps to build strength in these lengthened ranges too
You can mix it up between heel down & heel up variations - even trying adding weight by holding a kettlebell or dumbbell!
A fantastic primer before squats, and an awesome way to add more variety to your leg workouts.
