CHRYSALIS | a movement journey

PTSD, releasing trauma, learning to overcome, forgiveness, empowerment, first love, heartbreak, healing and spirituality CHRYSALIS my poetry debut, is being released on april 22nd I filmed this whilst on a shoot with @ellamayphoto. This song by glass animals has always ignited some form of power in my heart. It reminds me of the shit I’ve been through but more so of the strength I kindled throughout.
