Is Two Tier Justice Soft On Ricky Jones?

Ricky Jones is the now suspended Labour Party councillor who has been in custody since calling for the violent demise of people on the right of the political spectrum. His trial is next year yet has the luxury of applying for bail in a few months. A luxury not afforded to people who wrote daft things on social media, deleted them and apologised. This guy hasn’t apologised one bid for what he said and it was highly irresponsible.
