Happyman and Green Monster are in Washington, D.C. They sing about their lunch at the White House and enjoy the afternoon strolling around the White House Grounds. Ratboy Genius is also in D.C. cruising around in his flying saucer. Happyman and Green Monster then take part in Rolling Thunder on their new Harley Davidson.
