Family make emotional appeal after 7-year-old son is killed by hit and run driver

The father of a seven-year-old boy killed in a hit-and-run on a seaside promenade has urged the driver to hand themselves in, saying “we already forgive you”. William Brown was collecting his football from the road when he was knocked down and “left dying” in the street.
