Rotary Club of West Vancouver Sunrise | Operation Red Nose AWARDS| Bill Soprovich | Len Goerke Councillor Bill Soprovich has volunteered for the past 16 years, during the Holiday Season for Operation Red Nose, which spans nine days. Also the West Vancouver Police Chief Rotarian Len Goerke is another Volunteer Driver. We have a team of very surprising drivers!
