Oliver Stanley M.P., Minister of Transport’s nation-wide campaign to lessen Country’s hideous road death toll.“ London. Close up shot of Minister of Transport, Oliver Stanley, seated at his desk talking to camera - natural sound. He talks about the road death toll and propagates co-operation of every user of the road to bring safety on British roads. A car speeds down the road. Two men start crossing the road and car breaks and drives around them. Voice off screen says: “That was a close shave, was it?“ Close up shot of one of the two men saying: “Yes, indeed it was.“ Two cars on the road - one overcoming the other - drive the third car - coming from the opposite direction - off the road.
