Don Keefer (Thomas Sadowski) gives a summary of what led to the events of ACN reporting on “Operation Genoa“ and beyond to his lawyer Rebecca Halliday (Marcia Gay Harden) and her team. Probably one of my favourite scenes from the whole show. Not only does it sum up the whole season arc of the Genoa story, it perfectly frames the question for the audience to ask themselves: Was the inaccurate news report an institutional failure by ACN or journalistic malpractice by the DC producer?
