This pilates reformer class focuses on abs, arms and glutes doing exercises such as mid back series/ arm series supine, kneeling leg sweeps and kick backs, reverse oblique crunches and rotations and side lying arm sweeps with leg movements to activate the glutes. No props needed in this workout, except if you want a yoga block for laying on your side. This workout will leave those abs burning, arms fatigued and glutes sore in an amazing way!
