Crashday - Restored hidden tutorial events

During the development of Crashday, it was planned that before the event “The Right One For The Job?“ (which is internally named as “intro4“), there would be 3 more tutorial events in the career dedicated to three game modes: Race, Stunt Show and Wrecking Match. In the final version of the 2006 game, there is a few things are remained from this idea: the pictures of events and also their titles and briefings which are still in the localization file in German. Since these events don’t work in their initial state, I decided to bring them to the state that the developers may have planned to achieve for game release: the tracks were recreated based on screenshots and pictures for the events, and the briefings were also translated into English. It is also worth noting that the game saves the progress of completed training missions to a save file without any problems, because, as it turned out, there are slots in the save file for those 3 missions that are even in the final unm
