Representation of Nonlinear Thermal Current

Demonstration of newly discovered nonlinear thermal current generated by diodes. The current’s primary function is to cancel the conventional current to satisfy the second law of thermodynamics. However, the two currents act on different time scales, thereby allowing the storage capacitors to develop a temporary net charge, which can be harvested and stored.
