Does the Horizon always rise to Eye Level?

Several Flat Earth videos claim the Horizon always rises to eye level and often use CGI to demonstrate this. But what happens in the Real World when we are looking at the real horizon as we climb? You see clearly the reality is the Horizon drops progressively as we gain altitude You cannot see horizon drop without comparing it to a known reference but comparing it to the wing tip at lower altitudes the drop becomes unmistakable the higher you go. I see the Horizon drop all the time in the cockpit through the HUD but any passenger on a commercial flight can test it this way.
