’Moonshadow’ is a song written by Cat Stevens (now known as Yusuf Islam) released in the 70s, I’ve always loved this song very much not only because of the moon (I’ve written several song dedicated to her) also because of the lighthearted melody which is in deep contrast with the lyrics.. a mix of sadness and joy, of melancholy and happiness, of light and darkness, and so is life, too..
