Thanks for your support! It’s been a while since I’ve done a Patreon request and I was more than happy to take this one on since I’ve been playing Nier: Replicant a good amount since it came out. I actually was also inspired by FalKKonE’s cover of this song after hearing it on my Spotify discover weekly playlist and it was instantly stuck in my head and I had my own ideas of how to take it on. It actually came as a later arrangement idea to play the first half on classical guitar, the original idea being a lead guitar choral thing like I did for my last Rise of Nations cover. I think it was nice to break out the classical guitar again. I did the filming for this video myself, similiar to how I did God of the Dead from Hades. It’s so cool getting to have the human element of handicam for these videos, but it’s tough getting that for each week, so I may be moving toward this method in the future while trying to find ways of achieveing the music video style in a way I can just do solo. I hope it was still engaging and fun to watch! This was a monumental arrangement so I really do hope you enjoy listening. It was my birthday last Friday! This is my first guitar cover as a 30 year old boychild. I’ll tell you what, I did NOT expect to still be doing this into my 30’s when I started at the age of 19.
