Azerbaijan returned the bodies of 18 Armenian servicemen killed in combat last week along the frontline with its breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh region. The unresolved conflict over Karabakh dates back to the early 1990s when ethnic Armenians living there sought secession from Azerbaijan.
