Harris receives enough delegates to become the Democratic nominee

Vice President Kamala Harris now has the support of enough delegates to become the Democratic nominee for president, according to the Democratic National Committee. Harris is expected to reveal her choice of a running mate within days and was meeting with potential candidates.
