LV. two children with Guy outside Houses of Parliament. SCU. Two kids with Guy. Children queuing outside newsagents shop to buy fireworks. A young boy walks out with a mock firework so large that he has to carry it over his shoulder. CU children waiting. Man walks out of shop carrying an arm full of rockets. The camera follows a string hanging from the fireworks to show a banger attached to the end. The man seeing the danger drops the fireworks and runs. (All done for comic effect). Rye, Sussex.
