Die Grenzwacht hielt im Osten || acoustic German folk song / Volkslied

halloooo this is a little cover of the german folk song ’Die Grenzwacht hielt im Osten’! i did a cover of just one verse on youtube shorts nearly a year ago now, and quite a few people seemed to enjoy it, so i thought i’d do a full cover :) please let me know if you liked it!! also... for context/reassurance, this song originates with the german fighters in the baltics in 1914-1922 (n o t WW2) and is about the people who worked for the border watch in the east leaving their posts and admitting failure, basically. it is quite a sad song. Halloooo, Hier gebe ich meine Akustikversion des Volksliedes ’Die Grenzwacht hielt im Osten’! Vor etwa einem Jahr habe ich eine Strophe des Liedes gesungen und geteilt, und alle Kommentare usw. waren ziemlich positiv.
