How to Dougie: Instructions 1. Start off standing up straight with your feet together. Raise both arms so that they are at your shoulder level, but bend the elbows at a 90 degree angle so your forearms are pointing straight in front of you.  2. Straighten your elbows so that both arms extend out to the sides. Bend the elbows again at a 90 degree angle so the forearms return to the front. 3.
