Im heutigen Fat Burning HIIT Programm erwartet euch ein hochintensives Intervall-Training von 20 Minuten, eingepackt in Warm Up und Cool Down. Wir arbeiten dabei in einem 40/20-Intervall, geben Vollgas und kurbeln die Fettverbrennung ordentlich an!
Dennoch: bitte seid stets achtsam und macht lieber ein paar mehr Pausen!Findet euren Rhythmus und euer ganz individuelles Tempo!
Dieses Workout ist KEIN Anfänger-Workout und es werden keine Low Impact Varianten eingeblendet.
