Adjustable center of mass, collisions between vehicles

Adjustable center of mass on vehicles. Note vehicle boxes don’t collide with the terrain yet, but they collide with each other. Center of mass offset actually defaults to the model pivot point, the truck model has it on the ground level by coincidence. Music: Redshirt Theory - Air Hunter
