PUSSY – Pussy Plays 1969 UK LP `Morgan Bluetown` Psych Monster £3115

Here we have `Pussy Plays` by UK Psych band `Pussy`. They only ever made one album and it was on the small Morgan Blue Town Label (BT 5002) who also released other rare obscurities such as The Academy, Bobak Jones Malone, Red Dirt, Will Malone, The Smoke, Ambrose Slade etc, and some real collector’s items. Like many of the labels bands Pussy were not a touring band and so with no promotion this album was overlooked on release and it has been mainly due to vinyl collectors that the music is being reissued and heard. If you can ever find the original 1st UK pressing on the Blue Morgan Town label it will probably cost upwards of £1000 (Oxfam found a copy in one of their shops and sold theirs for £1200), a copy was sold in 2015 for £!
