Amazing! Lovable Twin baby Elephant birth first recorded in an elephant orphanage home

It is reported in Elephant orphanage home, Pinnawala, Sri Lanka. Both calves and mother in healthy conditions. Both are male calves. The first calf was born around 4 am and second calf at 10 am. Twin elephant birth in orphanage home is very rare worldwide, although several cases reported in national parks and natural forests. This elephant orphanage home was established by department of wildlife conservation Sri Lanka in 1975 for feeding and providing care and sanctuary to orphaned baby elephants that were found in the wild. In its long history this orphanage home sheltered numerous injured elephants and abandoned calves who were unable to survive in the wild. The proud mother of these cute calves named Surangi.
