Princess Diana in the 70’s

Born The Honourable Diana Frances Spencer, she became known as Lady Diana after her father inherited the title of Earl Spencer in 1975, at which point he moved the entire family from Park House to Althorp, the Spencer seat in Northamptonshire. Here some vintage snapshots and portraits of young/teenage Diana pictured throughout the 70’s (9 to 18 years old). Some of the photographs belong to the Spencer’s private family photo albums.
