The Novak Djokovic visa saga has “already turned” into a diplomatic incident between Serbia and Australia, according to Solve Law Immigration’s Nina Marković-Khaze. “It seems that it has already turned into one - on the 8th of January the President of the Serbian parliament has warned that the relationship between Australia and Serbia might decline,” Dr Marković-Khaze told Sky News Australia. Dr Marković-Khaze referenced the “very strong people to people connection” between the two nations, with over 60,000 Australians claiming ancestry from Serbia specifically.
