Depth of Field Channel in Blender - Mist without Volume Shader
Link to Blenderkit addon with 10% discount:
In this short tutorial I want to show you how to create fog in Blender without Principled Volume Shader or Volumetric Light. At the same time, you can use the result to control the depth of field in the rendered image or animation in After Effects without rendering the depth of field or blur directly in Blender. This way, the image or animation remains sharp and can be flexibly blurred in post-processing.
