The patrol ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet VASILIY BYKOV intercepted a Turkish-flagged cargo ship in international waters northwest of Istanbul.
What happened about 30 nautical miles off the coast of Turkey was recorded on a mobile phone by one of the crew members on board.
The patrol ship opened warning fire. The Russian military, who landed on the ship by helicopter, searched the cargo ship.
