This is a tribute to living legend, singer, dancer, actress, and rock icon Tina Turner. She has been called a force of nature on stage with her high octane dancing and powerful vocals. Ohhh, those amazing legs!! I always find it hilarious listening to Tina Turner’s trans-continental European accent especially when you think about the fact that she is from Nutbush, Tennessee! I remember watching her on the Larry King Show one night. She was talking about her Buddhist faith and he asked her for a sample of a chant. She gave him a little bit and he said in his Jewish accent “from your lips to God’s don’t think he ever heard it so good!“ She didn’t look was sooooo funny!!! The song “Private Dancer” is from the 1984 studio album of the same name. The album was a huge come back for her and she was 40 years old at the time, unimaginable.
