Centre for Economic Geography at the John von Neumann University (Neumann János Egyetem), Budapest

In 2021, the Hungarian Central Bank founded the Centre for Economic Geography at the John von Neumann University. In September 2023, this Centre will launch a Master degree Programme in economics under the name Regional and Environmental Economic Studies. This 4-semester full-time course meets the most recent international issues in environmental sustainability, network economy, smart city management, urban marketing and even immersive technologies applied in economics, which make it a unique higher education programme. Students can have access to an Erasmus semester in the EU twin universities of the Neumann within the Schengen Zone. Location of the studies is in Budapest, Hungary in the middle of Europe, with dormitory accommodation available at 300 Euros per month. The curriculum of the programme provides the students the latest knowledge and expertise available in the world’s best universities regarding the financial structure of sustainable environment and the hi-tech methods of network economy
