An iPod, a Phone, and an Internet Communicator

Because it was a very focused media product, the original iPod concept had limits when it came to absorbing new functionality through the advancement of Moore’s law. After a certain amount of GBs, users already have all their music and videos inside it. The market has only so much appetite for music players, so the iPod would eventually saturate. Apple, therefore, needed to find a new market. That leads us to Macworld, January 2007. See what Steve Jobs is doing here?
