Dramatically Different Tunings for Recording Drums with Welch Tuning Systems

There are often quite a few different ways to approach a recorded drum performance; whether it’s focusing on the pocket with a minimalist take or maybe a bit more creative with some tasteful yet unique approach to a groove. One thing we don’t often consider is how the sound of the drums inspires the performance.
