’Anniversary of the Revolution’ is a compilation of archival footage from the start of the February Revolution in 1917 in Russia up to the beginning of the Civil War in 1918, by the pioneer Soviet filmmaker Dziga Vertov. Originally released in 1918, this is considered the first full-length documentary ever made.
