What does $ really get you in the capital of Greenland? It gives 83m2 of space, on two storeys, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and an astonishing view over mountains and the sea. Unfortunately the igloos have gotten out of fashion up here and has been replaced with modern housing, which in my opinion also is a lot more comfortable.
