Acrobats Over Alps (1953)

Unissued / unused footage - dates and locations may be unknown or unclear. Garmisch Partenkirchen, Germany. Several shots of the Traber Troop (father and son Alfredo and Henry), high wire acrobats, performing on a wire in the Alps. Paperwork says they are premiering the act on the highest Alp peak, the Zugapitze. Man walks along the steel wire carrying a pole for balance, above a sheer drop of 1000 metres - yikes! He meets a man coming from the opposite direction. They both stand on their heads on the wire. One (looks like the elder) lies on his back on the wire with his legs in the air. One of them is seen climbing to safety on the side of the mountain - smiling and looking happy, he makes a ta-da gesture. Then one of the men rides along the wire on a motorbike with the other dangling from a kind of trapeze below. They tip the whole contraption over so that it spins around on the wire (help!).
