Full title reads: “Lancaster - Massed & Mixed - and both equally good - in fine display of combined Gymnastics by King’s Own Royal Regiment, & Netherlune Ladies Athletic Club.“ Lancaster, Lancashire. To the loud shouted counting of a man in the foreground a group of men and a group of women march onto the parade area. They are wearing shorts and T-shirts or athletic vests. They march in various shapes and formations (A little like Busby Berkley but without the high kicks). They perform a series of gymnastic displays.
