BMW E36 328i vs BMW E36 328i

Two lightly modified BMWs both with 2800cc engines. The green one is with a M52B28TU engine (doubel Vanos) and the black one is with a M52B28 (single Vanos) with M50B25 intake plenum.. Which one is faster? - the Diesel behind :)
