Traditional Turkish breakfast. Bazlama flatbreads. Eggs Chylbyr
Friends, hello! How are you doing?
Today I am preparing a traditional Turkish breakfast.
Bazlama Flatbreads:
350 ml warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp olive oil
500 g flour
10 g dry yeast
Cooking steps:
1. In a deep bowl, mix water, salt, sugar, olive oil, flour and yeast.
2. Replace the soft dough and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 8 parts. Form balls.
4. Roll out the dough and leave for 15-20 minutes.
5. Fry the cakes over medium heat, in a dry frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Turn occasionally so that the cakes do not burn.
Chilbyr Yumurta (Turkish eggs):
eggs
salt
butter
turkish pepper (pul biber)
Cooking steps:
1. Add salt to boiling water, mix.
2. Add eggs.
3. Cook the eggs over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
4. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the Turkish pepper.
5. Put the eggs on a plate, pour the eggs with spiced oil.
