Ukraine war: Russia attacks Odesa for second night

Russia has launched a massive air attack on the Ukrainian port city of Odesa, one of Ukraine’s main ports for exporting grain, for a second night in a row. Attacks were also reported in the capital, Kyiv, the city’s military administration said on the Telegram channel. The regional governor says air defence systems responded to the air strikes. The port is a major hub for exports of grain from Ukraine. The latest attacks come after Moscow pledged retaliation, following a blast on the Kerch bridge linking Russia to Crimea. People have been advised to stay indoors. Al Jazeera’s Rob McBride joins us live from Kyiv for the latest updates.
