Spectacular colorized footage of both atomic bomb attacks by the USA on the Japanese cities Hiroshima and Nagasaki on respectively 6 and 9 August 1945. About 250,000 persons lost their lives during these attacks and hundreds of thousands suffered from ill health due to the intense radiation, especially cancer and leukemia. *NOTICE: Due to the very controverse nature of this topic, in particular as regards the need (or not) to take the decision by the US to deploy two atomic bombs on Japan, the comments section got totally out of hand.
