The Israeli military announced that 40 soldiers were injured in Gaza fighting yesterday, of which five are seriously wounded. There has been a massive surge in Israeli casualties in Gaza over the past days. More than 150 soldiers were killed and over 700 injured in fighting in the Gaza strip since the IDF invaded the Palestinian enclave. The Israeli military is apparently now trying to further expand the ground offensive in Gaza, AP reported. More than 20,000 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli onslaught since October 7.
